Check if drum cal moves the drum at all. check pid settings: pgh igh & dgh Reset machine or cycle power to machine, check for obstructions under the drum or in the drum drive belt. In Hall mode, if drum is at velocity and the average of the last 3 velocity errors is greater than 50%, then this error is reported.
